your fitness goals. Our Cardio Theatre is equipped with renowned brands - such as - Concept Rowing Machines, Life Fitness Treadmills, Summit Trainer, Cross Trainers and Kaiser Bikes.
We also have an extensive Functional Fitness area that includes Kettlebells,
Bulgarian bags, Battle ropes, Medicine balls, Press up grips, and Plyometric
boxes for those who want to incorporate functional fitness into their routine.
Our Resistance Area includes a large Free Weights section suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced trainers. We offer both a full suite of Free Weights, Squat Racks, Resistance Bands, and Machine Weights, so you can choose the equipment that works best for you.
We also boast a dedicated undercover Outdoor Fitness Area, which comprises of Boxing Bags, Free Weights and Workout Benches to enable you to unleash your inner Tyson Fury!
